What we collect

What you send through the contact form or by email: your name, work email, company, platform type and message. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party trackers on this site.

Live visitor demo

The “what an attacker sees” section runs in your browser. To show your network details it asks ipwho.is for the public information tied to your IP address (location, ISP, ASN). We do not store or receive this data. A short visit counter is kept only in your own browser’s local storage and can be cleared at any time.

Why and on what basis

To answer your enquiry and prepare a proposal, based on your consent and on steps taken at your request before entering a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a) and (b)).

Processors and retention

Form submissions are stored by our hosting provider, Netlify, Inc., under a data processing agreement. We keep enquiries for up to 24 months unless they become a client relationship.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your data, and withdraw consent at any time by writing to info@benchmarked.co. You can also complain to the Slovenian Information Commissioner (ip-rs.si).
